- Providing Products and Services.

We use your personal information to provide you with the Services in order to perform our contract with you, including to process your payments, fulfill your orders, to send notifications to you related to you account, purchases, returns, exchanges or other transactions, to create, maintain and otherwise manage your account, to arrange for shipping, facilitate any returns and exchanges and to enable you to post reviews.

- Marketing and Advertising.
We use your personal information for marketing and promotional purposes, such as to send marketing, advertising and promotional communications by email, text message or postal mail, and to show you advertisements for products or services. Children's Data
The Services are not intended to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information about children. If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with their personal information, you may contact us using the contact details set out below to request that it be deleted.

As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we "share" or "sell" (as those terms are defined in applicable law) personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

Security and Retention of Your Information
Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee "perfect security." In addition, any information you send to us may not be secure while in transit. We recommend that you do not use unsecure channels to communicate sensitive or confidential information to us.

How long we retain your personal information depends on different factors, such as whether we need the information to maintain your account, to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce other applicable contracts and policies.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, depending on where you live you may have the right to appeal our decision by contacting us using the contact details set out below, or lodge your complaint with your local data protection authority.

International Users
Please note that we may transfer, store and process your personal information outside the country you live in, including the United States. Your personal information is also processed by staff and third party service providers and partners in these countries.

If we transfer your personal information out of Europe, we will rely on recognized transfer mechanisms like the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or any equivalent contracts issued by the relevant competent authority of the UK, as relevant, unless the data transfer is to a country that has been determined to provide an adequate level of protection.

Our Online Store
We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.

While you visit our site, we’ll track:
Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!

We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.

When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password.

We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:
Send you information about your account and order
Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
Process payments and prevent fraud
Set up your account for our store

If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for 10 years for tax and accounting purposes.

This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.
We will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.

Who on our team has access
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.
What we share with othersIn this section you should list who you’re sharing data with, and for what purpose. This could include, but may not be limited to, analytics, marketing, payment gateways, shipping providers, and third party embeds.We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you; for example

Payments
We use Stripe, Woocommerce, and PayPal to process payments. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, Stripe, or Woocommerce including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

You may only make use of the Money-Back Guarantee after all ofthe following conditions have been met:
  • You attended your Kick-Off Call with Arne.
  • You submitted 4 weekly check-ins within the first month of service.
  • You implemented the plan developed with Arne to the best of your abilities.
  • You asked questions and reported issues / difficulties while implementing the plan in order to receive changes and adjustments from Arne, which you implemented to the best of your ability.
  • You submitted a written request for refund to office@arnewildner.com between day 31 and day 60 after your Kick-Off Call.

Testimonials represent the unique experience of the clients submitting the testimonial, and do not necessarily reflect the experience that you may have using our services. As set forth above in our DISCLAIMER, your results will vary depending upon a variety of factors unique to you and your situation which are beyond our control.

Anything that you submit or post to the Website (including on our offical profiles with review websites such as Trustpilot, Google Businesses, Proven Expert, Senja, Facebook) and/or provide to us (ie. in a text message, email, whatsapp message or letter), or post on any social media or other sites about us, including without limitation to: photographs, testimonials, reviews, comments, and suggestions is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we shall have the royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable right to use, copy, distribute, display, publish, transmit, adapt, and create derivative works from such submissions by any means and in any form, and to translate such submissions.
